There is no 'bugs reporting system' anymore. Each project / repository has it's own issue database now. We are on GitLab which is our development site pushing people to a URL on our website just to have another link that pounds to https://gitlab.rtems.org/ makes no sense anymore.

The URL should change based on the repository the issue needs to be opened in as it's no longer a single database.

If we need to have a new discussion about it we should open an issue and talk about it there.
