I thought I was pretty clear that there is no 'bugs reporting system' anymore nore is there an 'issue tracker'.  This page is old, outdated and no longer required.  We have moved to GitLab and should be pointing users to there not to another page so they can click a link to yet another page.

I'm not sure why you are asking us to maintain a separate page that we will forever have to keep updated when we can link directly to the place where users want to be.  We are making this effort everywhere and you should be, too.
