## Summary
Import ACPICA and implement support for it on the amd64 BSP.

The ACPICA code was imported from the [GitHub](https://github.com/acpica/acpica) repo. A script will be created in rtems-tools for allowing future commits to the ACPICA code to be applied to the RTEMS source tree ([Issue #11](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-tools/-/issues/11))
