Coding Period Week #10 

Planned:
1. watchdog driver.
2. Imporve SPI interrupt mode.
3. Imporve PL011 MR.
4. Imporve SPI MR.

Completed:
1. aarch64/raspberrypi: Add Wathdog Timer driver rtems/rtos/rtems!120 

Blockers/Problems:
I didn't put much time into SPI interrupt mode this week and will continue to finish it next week

Next week plans:
1. Imporve PL011 MR.
2. Imporve SPI MR.
3. Imporve SPI interrupt mode.
4. SD R/W access support
