The linked executable tells you the feature size if you compare it to the sizes of a baseline executable. For example, in the MR description you see that enabling the clock driver needs additional 2624 bytes in the `.text` section. You can use this also to compare different RTEMS versions. The referenced document contains a comparison to another RTEMS version.

How would you specify the size of the clock driver using a set of functions?
