Legacy Networking | Name network tasks all the same for libdebugger (!3)

This change makes the legacy network stack tasks all the same name. The name is the same as libbsd and is `_BSD`. Libdebugger needs to know the name of the networking tasks so it does not suspend them disconnecting itself from `gdb` .
