I think this is missing some of your local changes or you have some stale build artifacts that aren't being regenerated correctly. Both stackchk.exe and stackchk03.exe produce the default "BLOWN STACK!!!" output and stackchk.exe would fail to build if it were being built according to your comment since it is missing the reference to stackchk03_blown_stack_reporter that is only compiled into stackchk03.exe.
