We probably need to have some rules on linking to issues in the code. FIXME types are probably ok but when an issue is closed and the comment links to it with no clarifying text, then it looks like an open issue instead of a reference for details. Not your problem but pretty clear we need some guidance in the SW Engineering Guide.
