## Summary

Remove old references to devel.rtems.org

Some were deleted as the content was imported.

Other references were updated.

There is content that still needs to be imported and I have opened issues to
handle this:

  * #26 Import old wiki pages into Coding Conventions
  * #26 Move example file from old wiki into docs.
  * #24 Depreciating Interfaces needs moving from wiki
