It currently defaults to 4K which is the port's **CPU_STACK_MINIMUM_SIZE** but I don't see any check under cpukit/include/rtems/confdefs/percpu.h to make sure **CONFIGURE_INTERRUPT_STACK_SIZE** isn't less than that.
