These are releases and I am not comfortable with any files being touched. We should at least discuss and agree on any changes in any release set of files.

Yes they will be wrong but lots in releases are wrong and age. The 5 files were generated from https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/rtos/rtems-release/-/tree/5. A new dot release would fix this but that means back porting the changes on `main` to 5 to make the release because the release notes have changes. I was going to this after we have 6 sort and close to or released.
