GitLab | Links in FTP site pages are wrong. (#63)

All files in a release directory are part of the release and that means they are all are controlled. Editing those files does not fix the links in all the docs and editing the online docs does not change the tar files of docs sources, html or PDFs.

I also feel you and I alone should not be making decisions to change what is contained in any release directories. Changes should include @gedare and @joel and it is a long weekend, sorry I meant a long week for them.
