Yes that is my point it was killed off a year ago.  It is now just a website and should be treated like all our other websites.  If I missed the conversation about having immutable files on our websites outside of historical documentation than I apologise.  But I've noticed it now while building the new site and linking to other parts of our website that point people to old, dead links is terrible.

Again I am not advocating we change any release files.  I would like to fix the website the files do not have to be touched and can remain the same.
