RTEMS | Add GDB debug script section to executable (#5035)

@chris Yes that is currently under testing. 

Right now, I am building multiple architectures and BSPs to verify that this feature works across the board (and to identify Architectures where it fails). The section is embedding itself perfectly in the executable with just modifications to 

1. linkcmds.base
2. exinit.c

The issue I am facing is setting up a debugger for each architecture, as there seems to be an issue (especially in `sparc`) in debugging with the `sis`. 

Should I mention somewhere specifically that testing across multiple architectures is also part of this?
