That MR is marked as a draft, and little discussion or modification has occurred to resolve outstanding concerns there.

This MR is also a draft, but it has been requested on Discord to be looked at, so I did give it a review.

As we wind toward releasing 6.1, we will be pushing to get contributors to either work toward pushing in this milestone, or defer their MRs.

Happy to discuss the other MR on it.
