RTEMS | confdefs.h fails to compile when included in C++20 source (#5145)

We need more tests to ensure C/C++ compatibility for the score atomics. We should run the smpatomic01 and smplock01 tests also in C++ versions. We should also check that the object sizes and layouts are compatible between C/C++. I have currently no time to work on this.
