I think that's a bad idea if we kick them out of project::small then they will go into the wind of all the other tickets we have to go though we've already identified it as something needing to be done so we should identify it it somehow.  We can always delete the project::tiny label later if we don't think it's worthwhile but I don't want to just have random open tickets floating we have 600 of those already.
