RTEMS | Clean up projects list (#5147)

My thought is to organize all projects by size, but then have other ways to filter, such as by GSoC, or by project tags (bsp, kernel, etc). Whether we do that filtering by making pages, or by making separate sections, or by presenting the label information in the web site, is something still to be determined.
