GitLab | Tags named the same as branches cause unexpected behavior (#88)

The tag has the wrong name and should be changed to be `6-freebsd-12-base` as the base commit of the branch. It took a command (in an issue somewhere) to determine the base of the branch. it should be simple to fix.
