GitLab | Tags named the same as branches cause unexpected behavior (#88)

Why? The 5 related tags such as  [5.1-freebsd-12](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/pkg/rtems-libbsd/-/tags/5.1-freebsd-12)  and [5.3](https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/pkg/rtems-libbsd/-/tags/5.3) are a release tag and need to stay. I am not sure about the 4 tags, that could be a release script bug.
