RTEMS Tools | GDB Python rtems.pprinter is missing (#17)

The problem is the some files where added in https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/tools/rtems-tools/-/merge_requests/26did not update the `waf` script to install them.

I have also fixed the case of the RSB failing to install the version specific GCC support. A warning is now printed:
