This patch works [vCJ-0001-libstdc-v3-Enable-features-for-RTEMS.patch](/-/project/7/uploads/0389c68388540a945870eca25569f7c2/vCJ-0001-libstdc-v3-Enable-features-for-RTEMS.patch).

I found the patch from Alexandre on GCC's `master` branch and I could not find it on `release/gcc-13` branch. 

I prefer the approach I have taken because it is the method detailed in the check's help. I am concerned directly tweaking the configure vars depends on the implementation which would need to be kept in sync.
