## Summary

confdefs: do not CONFIGURE_FILESYSTEM_NFS in ALL

Fixes #5118.

I tested with a normal build, but I did not test with a build of any NFS applications. Requires a change in the release notes to warn users that they need to explicitly use `CONFIGURE_FILESYSTEM_NFS` if they want it.
