@chris @opticron Exactly. I realized that when I teach the RTEMS class, I talk about how the tests are not great examples and not intended to be. Some of the rtems-examples put the configuration and application in the same file for simplicity but I always show the idea of having a separate file for RTEMS configuration and initialization. Doing this makes it possible to run many POSIX programs with no changes.
