I believe I figured why @amar does not see the error. When I once build the documents without `--singlehtml` then make a `./waf distclean`, I can rebuild with `--singlehtml` and without getting this error (but the singlehtml pages are empty). I only get this error when I delete the whole container and start over again with `--singlehtml` right from the beginning.
