RTEMS | Improve arm/xilinx-zynqmp-rpu BSP familiy (!230)

Could we please agree on the BSP names before I update the patch set. I would pick up these names:

* zynqmp_r5_lock_step
* zynqmp_r5_split_0
* zynqmp_r5_split_1
