@thejpster Many thanks for searching and fixing the bug in the Rust compiler.
Concerning the stack overflow, I am sorry if my statement was not clear or incorrect. The software under test crashed despite of a 1MiB stack and the RTEMS stack checker does not report the stack usage after a crash (indeed the stack checker code may have been destroyed at that point).
I will rollback the workaround, I added to the RTEMS documentation (!55).
