RTEMS Source Builder | Re-evaluate mirrors on our GitHub (#16)

One solution and probably the only one we can do is create a new project RMIRROR or something similar and then move these repositories to that project.  GitHub will install a redirect so old tools won't break and this will take them out of /RTEMS/.  I will look to see if we can do this and we can update the links at our convenience in source.
