RTEMS supports several languages: C, C++, Rust and when fixed, Go.  We don't have anywhere where we dicuss the status of each language or highlight their availability someone on Discord asked about Go support and I couldn't find anything @gedare suggested a new section

## Steps to reproduce

Try to find something about Go.
