For reference/reproduction, the full QEMU command line used is:
```
../xtools/bin/qemu-system-aarch64 -M arm-generic-fdt-7series -m 256M -no-reboot -nographic -serial null -serial mon:stdio -dtb /desktop/zynq-arm.dtb -kernel build/arm/xilinx_zynq_a9_qemu/testsuites/smptests/smp09.exe
```
`../xtools/bin/qemu-system-aarch64` is the Xilinx QEMU installed from the RSB and `/desktop/zynq-arm.dtb` is provided in the default install of Xilinx Vitis.
