RTEMS | psxenosys calls lio_listio() even if it's implemented. (#5125)

The `psxenosys` test includes a call to `lio_listio()`. Since `lio_listio()` is now implemented, it no longer sets `errno` to `ENOSYS`, causing the test to fail.
