* On MR212, I used "CLoses" and it didn't close the ticket. I looked at the GitLab documentation and it looks like it is looking for a fixed set of strings and doing exact compares. Not sure anything to do about it but keep an eye out.

We need to make sure that we check for bad case when checking for commit message formatting otherwise it won't trigger that's not a huge deal to add.
