RTEMS | Improve arm/xilinx-zynqmp-rpu BSP familiy (!230)

I have some specific questions but I am wondering how and in what mode of operation the RPU is being used on the ZynqMP, for example only LPD devices are running, the RPU and APU cores are all running?

Does this change effect the documentation in the User Manual?
