@thejpster Thanks for the instructions about past nightly toolchains. I am happy to learn and maybe its needed to find the core reason for this issue.

After testing, the cause is – unfortunately – not the stack size as I already wrote in detail on the Rust Zulip Chat Topic. RTEMS Stacksize is 4080 Bytes, 1324 Bytes are uses by Rust compiled from the sources, and Rust nightly crashes even with 1 MiB of stack.
