RTEMS | Improve arm/xilinx-zynqmp-rpu BSP familiy (!230)

I'm a bit hesitant to rename this many options, but since it's not yet in a release we should also rename the base BSP to include some indication that it's running in lockstep mode since I'm currently using it in split mode and this set of changes will break that expectation.
