While the FreeBSD build cluster is nice to use the lag can be up to a week.  Right now if we ran into a security issues I'd have to build by hand which is fine but I would rather get a secure jail setup in order to build our own packages.

There are 291 dependencies to build it:

* https://www.freshports.org/www/gitlab/

This is just for GitLab alone our actual jail contains 861 packages.  I would use this same jail to build those if required.
