RTEMS | Improve arm/xilinx-zynqmp-rpu BSP familiy (!230)

The ```xilinx_``` is redundant, though I'd probably want to strip it from the AArch64 BSPs as well. I've been considering a name change there from ```zu3eg``` to ```apu``` for the same reasons you created the RPU BSP.
