RTEMS | dl06 should fail expectedly on bsp/zynqmp_qemu (!463)

While I don't necessarily disagree with this change, the dl06 test state expectation does not document the reason for the failure (or a related issue) that caused it to be added in the first place for imx7 and that information is critical to understanding how to proceed and to verify that it is, in fact, the same error.
