## Summary

This patch enhances the bsp_start() function in the realview-pbx-a9 BSP by adding descriptive comments and boot-time log output using printk(). These additions clarify the purpose of the interrupt controller initialization and assist developers in understanding the startup flow during QEMU-based emulation.
