RTEMS | Address warnings and errors from GCC 14 (&20)

GCC 14 has gotten stricter and turned some things that were warnings into errors. Similarly, it seems to have gotten pickier and appears to be reporting more warnings than previous GCC versions. This epic is to track changes to address GCC 14 warnings and errors. These warnings/errors can be in any RTEMS project git repository.

Note: These may have also appeared with older GCC versions and we ignored them. This Epic is to track a general effort to reduce warnings. It may be replaced with another Epic for GCC 15, etc.
