RTEMS Source Builder | Add comments around recipe entries that get automatically updated by sb-rtems-pkg (#117)

## Summary
There is currently little knowledge of sb-rtems-pkg in the RTEMS community. MRs often have these items updated manually and without updating the remainder. Locations where sb-rtems-pkg is known to operate should have comments advising users to avoid manual modification.
