RTEMS Source Builder | main update to gcc-15 (#116)

Attached are reports generated from building all BSPs for 6, 7, and next over the weekend starting 1 August 2025. RTEMS 6 and 7 use GCC 13. RTEMS 7 next is GCC 15. Note the reports for 7 and next are identical now.
