I am working on this issue and just wanted to confirm a few things:

tiny-nginX builds as a bin, so a patch is needed to build it as a lib, also it's source code is written primarily for linux, so the patch would have to clean all the inconsistencies between linux and RTEMS and then build it as a library to be used in place of civetweb.
