lwIP | gethostid() and gethostname() not supported by lwIP network (#8)

I just asked for a ticket because lwIP has gethostbyname(). It just needs promoting out of the lwIP namespace. The gethostid() method can be a wrapper on it. I am pretty sure I saw all that with grep or Google
