RTEMS | Port FatFS to RTEMS with Benchmarking (#25)

With no more failing test, I completed a final cleanup of the FatFS code. 
This included running `clang-format` across the codebase to ensure consistent styling and readability, as well as reviewing the changes to confirm everything was polished. 

The [filesystem implementation](https://gitlab.rtems.org/Sepehr/rtems/-/tree/run-test) is now stable and POSIX-compliant, YAY!
