This is complete the repository is at https://gitlab.rtems.org/rtems/contrib/micropython

Some notes:

1. This mirrors from /contrib/micropython
2. All branches are mirrored _except_ `rtems` in case upstream adds a similarly named branch
3. There is no CI yet I need to figure out how I want to handle this probably place it on a different branch so we can easily diff the `rtems` branch against MP `master` to make upstreamable diffs.
