This MR cannot be rebased because you're developing on the main branch of your fork which is protected by default. This should be stated in more places, but it's [part of the GSoC getting started guide](https://docs.rtems.org/docs/main/user/start/gsoc.html#creating-and-sending-merge-requests). Please close this MR, move the work to a branch, reset your main branch to a clean upstream state, and open a new MR from the new branch.
