## Summary

lwipopts.h: Update default values for new version

Update DHCP_DOES_ARP_CHECK to LWIP_DHCP_DOES_ACD_CHECK to get
functioning DHCP by default. This new option was necessary during
testing of lwIP 2.2.1, but wasn't committed with that change.
