## Summary

mkimage.py: Add ability to set timestamp

This change adds the ability for the user to set the timestamp to
assist in reproducible builds. This follows the convention used by the
OpenWRT variant of the mkimage tool by using the SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH
environment variable to provide the timestamp used in creation of the
image.
