## Summary

bsps/csb337: Fix obsolete libbsp path in dbgu.c

The driver referenced the old libbsp/shared/console.c path in a
documentation comment. Updated it to point to the new location
in bsps/shared/dev/serial/legacy-console.c.

Updates #5323
